Group Discussion on Performance Technology

In February, we presented information on Human Performance Technology (HPT).  In March Dr. Tom Ollerman showed us how he uses the HPT tools to coach executive management teams.  In April Bill Smith presented the story of how a nuclear power plant used the HPT tools to turn around the performance of their organization and begin the long climb back to the top of the nuclear power industry.  This month join us as Timm leads us in a fascinating discussion of HPT, performance models, and behavior change.  Come join us and share your experiences in the interesting field of Human Performance Technology.

Faciliated by: Timm Esque, Partner, Management Consulting Ensemble, author of No Surprises Project Management and Making an Impact, and long time ISPI member and officer
