Our Mission
AZISPI is dedicated to improving the performance of every organization in Arizona through the practice of Human Performance Technology(HPT).
AZISPI members include internal and external consultants, executives, trainers, instructional designers and academics focused on improving human performance in the workplace. Our members are employed in a number of professional venues that include business, health services, technology, government agencies, education and non-profit organizations.
AZISPI was founded in 1982 and is the premier forum in the Phoenix area for improving organization and individual performance. For the past 25 years, we have helped our members maximize performance and increase workplace productivity. AZISIPI has been recognized for various achievements and received the following awards: Outstanding Chapter Award in 1987 Outstanding Communication Award in 1992 Community Involvement Award in 1995.

Games? Do they facilitate learning or are they just fluff? Gary will discuss how games help to make learning more engaging and participative. He explores how we have come to understand how our brain processes information, the physiology of learning, and how this understanding can translate into better teaching methods.
