The Language of Work
An HPT Model for Practical Business Improvement Applications (BIAs)

HPT professionals are asked to help meet a variety of business improvement needs. For example, changes in strategy, installation of enterprise-wide software, reorganizations, training and culture changes.
Participants will learn one of the most robust HPT models-the Language of Work Model-and the many business improvement applications (BIAs) to which it has been successfully applied. You will exit this workshop with new tools that are user-friendly for executives, managers, and the work force. Participants will be surveyed as to which BIAs it would be most useful for them to explore, and real world examples will be used to illustrate how the presenters have improved performance in a wide number of industries. Join in a highly interactive session to answer your questions, meet your needs and increase your HPT skills.
Time: 11:30 am to 4:30 pm
Location: ITT Technical Institute, 5005 S. Wendler Dr., Tempe, AZ 85282 (NW corner of I-10 and Baseline Road)
Cost: Local AZISPI members and non-members $65.00 through Feb. 15; $75.00 after Feb. 15 - Full Time Student $40.00 through Feb. 15; $50.00 afer Feb. 15 (program cost includes lunch and refreshments)
