Meetings
Games? Do they facilitate learning or are they just fluff? Gary will discuss how games help to make learning more engaging and participative. He explores how we have come to understand how our brain processes information, the physiology of learning, and how this understanding can translate into better teaching methods.
Gary will also share tips on how to create games to fit your own situation.Gary Trotta, is the CEO of Training Games Inc. and Arizona based corporation. Gary holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and a B.A. in Psychology from New York State University at Geneseo. He has over 26 years of experience in corporate training and various corporate management positions. He considers himself a "Trainer" above all else.
Training Games Inc. develops and sells “Games to help trainers and teachers train”. These include all types of learning games from Quiz Show to Sports games (software products developed in MS Excel and PowerPoint). TGI also develops Icebreaker and Team building games.
